Released a new version with the following changes:

• Uses the latest versions of re-cmake and re-mock (adding further support for RE SDK 5.0.0).

• The conversion tool (convert.py) has been updated to add support for the new gui_functions.lua file introduced in RE SDK 5.0.0.

The RE Quickstart (Bootstrap Tool) has been updated to support both RE SDK 5.0.0 and RE SDK 4.6.0: the first step in the flow now lets you select which version of the RE SDK you want to use.
